Steen is an international business lawyer with more than 30 years’ experience working in the Anglo-Danish sector. He primarily focuses on contracts, company formation and cross-border litigation.
He is one of a minority of dually qualified Danish lawyers and English solicitors which puts him in a unique position to advise on both legal systems.
More than 20 years ago, Steen was the founding partner of a law firm in the City of London from which he still practices.
Nowadays, Steen splits his time between the offices in Copenhagen and London.
